Unfortunately, the SkParagraph change was only internal. The public API available to developers on the Dart side hasn't changed significantly.

As long as you are writing Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Cyrillic Mongolian horizontally and left to write (which is the most common way to write them), Flutter supports those languages just fine. Flutter still doesn't support the vertical orientation, though. For traditional Mongolian (which is written vertically), I use the 'mongol' package.
